What is deleted
- The pharmacy account and its sign-in, on every iPad and on the dashboard.
- Every branch of the pharmacy, and everything below.
- The staff list and their PINs.
- Every saved count, with its photographs.
- The prescription records and saved reports.
- The pills the pharmacy taught the app, and any training captures.
This cannot be undone. Your state may require you to keep dispensing records for a set period, so export them first: on the dashboard, open Settings and choose Export all counts.
That export is the count records only, as a CSV file. It is not a full archive: the photographs are not in it. Counts voided on the dashboard are in it, marked as voided, with their history of voids and restores. It covers the branch you are signed in to, so with more than one branch, switch to each in turn and export it.
How to request it
- Email access@tabulora.com from the pharmacy account’s email address, with the subject “Delete pharmacy account”. Sending from that address is how we know the request comes from the account holder.
- We reply within two business days to confirm.
- Once you confirm, we close the account straight away, so no iPad or dashboard can sign in to it again. Its data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep.
If you no longer have access to that mailbox, email access@tabulora.com from another address and we will verify the request another way.
Removing one person instead
Staff do not have their own accounts. To remove a staff member, the owner removes them on the dashboard under Settings, which removes them from every branch. Their PIN stops working within seconds on every iPad that is online, and on an offline iPad once it reconnects.
Signing an iPad out
To stop using Tabulora on one iPad without closing the account, open Settings in the app and tap Sign out. Nothing is deleted.
